A single dog day pass allows you and your dog to venture out onto our trails. Certain trails require a leash so be sure to check which trail you are on before removing your dog's leash. 

Please ensure you have read all the terms and conditions, Snow Farm has a zero-tolerance policy for any violations of our dog policy. 

Dogs must be kept ON LEASH around the base facilities and on the following trails:

  • Dog Loop 1.7km
  • River Run 3.7km 
  • Merino Glen 4km *
  • Highlander 1.9km *
  • 2006 1km
Dogs may be OFF-LEASH if under voice control and within sight of the handler on the following trials:


  • Hanging Valley 7.1km
  • Gorge Trail 3.1km
Strictly one dog per handler unless pre-approved by Snow Farm NZ Management.
