Green Group - new to skiing
A 6-week, fun and engaging introduction to cross-country skiing for primary school-age children (years 1-6). Held Sunday mornings from 10:30 am to 11:30 am, starting on the 23rd of July and finishing on the 27th of August.

Blue Group - confident primary school age skiers
A 6-week program, for primary school-age children (years 1-6), who are confident classic skiers wanting to learn more advanced techniques. Sundays from 11:30 am to 2:00 pm starting on the 23rd of July and finishing on the 27th of August.

Bronze Group - youth biathlon program
A season-long program aimed at high school kids with a desire to learn to classic, skate and the sport of biathlon (skiing and shooting) and held on Sundays from 23rd July until 17th September. Register here and pay to Wanaka Biathlon Club.

Mount Aspiring College Wednesday Program
Mt Aspiring College School Skiing - Wednesday programme - learning and improving Cross Country Skiing Skills and includes a free 7km entry into the Merino Muster on the 3rd of September.

The Hawea Primary Cross Country Ski programme runs for five weeks, starting on Friday the 10th of August.

Take Kārara Primary School 5 Week Program
Take Kārara Primary Cross Country Ski Program runs for five weeks, starting on Wednesday the 11th of August and ending on the 8th of September, with the 15th of September as a weather day.

The Wanaka Primary Cross Country Ski programme runs for five weeks, starting on Thursday the 12th of August and ending on the 9th of September, with the 16th of September as a weather day.
